What are the return conditions?

Conditions:

An item will only be accepted for return if it meets all our return conditions. Any deviation from these may result in a refusal of the return:
 
  • Products must be complete (including all accessories, manuals and documentation).
  • Products must be undamaged and in their original (undamaged and unstained) packaging. Products should show no signs of use, they should only be viewed as they would be in a physical shop. If you do install or put the products into use, it means that you accept the products.
  • Peeq must receive the return within a period of 14 calendar days.

Exceptions:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to products customised for the customer, made-to-measure or on products clearly intended for a specific person.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are used, damaged or incomplete.
  • The European right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers (i.e. customers with a company name and/or VAT number).
  • The European right of withdrawal only applies to orders delivered in the 28 EU Member States + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
